I was impressed by the beautiful rooms at Puerto Norte Design. The high-tech entertainment systems and pristine cleanliness made for a comfortable stay. The view of the river from the top floor restaurant was breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a great Xmas trip, the massages were light but still relaxing and the pool area had great high-floor views. the breakfast was pretty decent and the rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. the location was ideal, offering easy access to the city and river.

The spa services could use some improvement and the facial services were particularly limited. the aircon wasn't working properly and the manager was quite dismissive, which was disappointing for the premium price.

The hotel is located in a charming area with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. One can enjoy a stroll in the beautiful Boulevard Oroño which is only five, minute drive away. the rooms are spacious and have high, tech entertainment systems. the indoor pool has nice lounge music which adds more fun to the leisure time.

One guest complained about a non, working aircon and unhelpful manager during the checkout process.
